By signing up for TakeMyStuff you agree to the terms and conditions
as follows. No person shall use this service without agreeing to these
terms.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
TakeMyStuff reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.
PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION
- You agree to not share any contact information you get from other users and that this contact information will only be used to arrange collection of items once a gift has been agreed.
- You are prohibited from using TakeMyStuff as a method of collecting contact information for mailing lists, marketing or other websites.
GIVING IS FREE
Items are to be offered free of charge. The only exception is where delivery is by mail and the giver may ask for postage to be covered or to be provided with a self addressed stamped envelope.
ADVERTISING
You are prohibited from advertising your website on TakeMyStuff.
Any URL posted on TakeMyStuff must relate to an item being offered.
MODIFICATIONS
TakeMyStuff reserves the right to change the member Terms and Conditions
at any time.
